Dear Parent

Kindly be informed that ADMISSION OF LEARNERS FOR 2022 has officially opened. Please bring this information to the attention of other family members and friends. Parents of new learners must report personally to the school to register their children. You have to submit certified copies of the following documents:

  • 1. Copy of official Birth Certificate.
  • 2. Copy of official immunisation card, or proof confirming immunisation against polio, measles, tuberculosis, diphtheria, tetanus, and hepatitis B.
  • 3. Latest School Report.
  • 4. Copy of Parents or Guardians, Identity Documents.
  • 5. Proof of residential address, in parent’s name, such as statements of Rates, Water and Lights, Telephone
  • 6. Identity Documents.
  • 7. Transfer card and final report.
  • 8. Two Passport size Photos.

Age of admission

The admission age of a learner to Grade R is age 4(four) turning 5(five) by 30 June in the year of admission. The admission age of a learner to Grade 1 is age 5(five) turning 6(six) by 30 June in the year of admission.

Important information

In order to ensure that your application has every chance of consideration, it is vital that you read through this form carefully, provide all of the information and certificates required, and return the application form as quickly as possible.

If false information has been provided, the child will not be admitted to the school. If the child is admitted to the school under false pretences, the child will be asked to leave the school.

If the required information is incorrect, incomplete, or documentation is missing, it will delay the processing and evaluation of the application.

Re-registration

Parents of learners currently enrolled at the school MUST complete a re-registration form provided by the school in order to secure a place for the new academic year. Please ensure that all your details are correct on the re-registration form. All changes must be effected as we need to update the information on our system as well as the Admissions register.

Uniform

Every child must come to school Wearing a school Uniform from Monday to Friday and no child will be accepted into the school premises without a uniform
