School Fees Policy.
PAYMENT DATES. Fees can be paid on 30th/31st OR 15th OR 25th of every month and Any child who has not paid by the agreed upon date and without any communication from the parent will not be allowed into school.
PAYMENTMODE OF PAYMENT: fees can be paid via EFT, Bank Deposit, Stop Order or by Debit Card at school and a Child’s name to appear as reference. No CASH will be received at school.
The School shall have the right to take action to recover any outstanding amount in a court of law, in which case the parents are liable for and consent to pay costs and interest to any attorney on the attorney / client scale, this sum including any collection commission and tracing fees
We accept that the School may refuse admission of a learner if there are any School fees outstanding, unless a specific written agreement has been reached between the School and the parents, with regard to the settlement of the outstanding fees. If the parent defaults on this agreement, the learner will be asked to leave immediately .
Monthly school fees are payable in advance, for 12 months. Notice may NOT be given for the end of November, as the fees are payable over 12 months. December’s fees are payable if the child attends school in November.

Other Fees
- Non Refundable registration fee R1000.

- Transport ……………………………..R450 (Applicable to those coming from Mothibistad, Kuruman, Seoding, Magojaneng)
- Family Discount is granted on the third and subsequent Learner enrolled at Good Hope.
- Early Settlement Discounts: 6% reduction of annual tuition fees if paid in full by 31st January.
- One calendar months’ notice is required should you withdraw your child from the school
- Fees is Paid From January until December and Paid into the school Account
- Any outstanding fees from the previous year must be settled before registering at the start of the next year.
